MB2's newly renovated 145,000 sf facility. MAX Construction Services partnered with MB2 from conception to completion....transforming
a manufacturing building to a modern race facility.

Lobby
Offices were demolished, utilities moved, ceilings raised & concrete walls removed to make way for racing
fans.

Car Hauler Ramp
The original 4ft high loading dock was totally rebuilt. Structural support steel was added & strengthened so that
the new 14x16 doors could be installed. Rain leaders & storm water drains were relocated, concrete retaining walls
installed & a new concete ramp was poured.

This area was totaly rebuilt. All new electrical transformers, panels, conduit, receptacles
& lighting Relocated & new HVAC equipment Walls & ceilings blasted & painted Floors were blasted,
patched and coated
