Petty Motorsports / GEMS - For the 2010 race season, GEMS & RPMS were under tight schedule requirements to
move their operations from Statesville, NC to Concord, NC. They selected MAX Construction Services to renovate the
existing facility in Concord, NC. The facility was successfully completed & the race teams started thier move
in a couple weeks earlier than they expected. NGK Ceramics - Throughout 2008, Douglas Miller worked
along side NGK's management team providing construction management services for a multi-million dollar expansion including
USK 5 Kiln Foundation & track system, Inspection Areas, Maintenance & Engineering Building, North Warehouse Facility
& Canteen Addition Dale Earhardt, Inc -
From concept to completion. MAX Construction Services successfully completed a state of the art 7 Poster & Suspension
Facility and also a CNC Machine Shop Addition in 2007. Waltrip Racing World - Phase 1, a 30,000 SF race shop &
fabrication shop was completed on scedule in 2006.
MAX Consturction Services was proud to be a part of the start up
of the Michael Waltrip & Toyota Racing relationship.
MB2 Motorsports - a 145,000 SF race facilty
was upfit for the new MB2 Motorsports Headquarters in Mooresville, NC. MAX Construction Services was relied on from pre-construction
to completion to convert an abandoned manufacturing facility to a modern race facility.
In 2000, Douglas Miller was also
the Project Manager for the construction of the former MB2/MBV Motorsports facility in Concord, NC.
Roush
Racing - Called upon as a trusted contractor, the relationship over the years continues. MAX Construction Services
continues to provide typical work such as race shop & office renovations, repairs & maintenance, sitework, general
problem solving & consulting.
Spears Racing - Continues to call when they need help with
thier construction needs.
Stewart Perry Construction - Has counted on MAX Construction Services
to provide construction management on projects. Working with larger general contractors that need experienced construction
personnel to handle "spikes" in thier work load can be a win win situation.
Lake Norman Residence
- A two story lakeside addition was recently completed. The addition includes two rooms, a stairway, and new bathroom. The
new foundation was designed to retain the soil below the existing crawl space footing to allow for two standard height floors.
MAX Construction Services also provided the pre-construction services and coordination on this project.
Penninsula
Residence - A top Racing executive continues to call when he needs construction solutions. An example is a unique
and large elevated deck constructed of blue stone installed on top of a waterproof membrane & drainage system. Copper
gutters, downspouts and flashing gave the area a beautiful finish.
BB&T Bank
- Selected MAX Construction Services for design assistance and general construction on several projects at various locations.
Trizec Properties - selected MAX Construction Services to complete office space. The new tenant
successfully moved into their renovated office space at the 1st Citizen Plaza, Charlotte. Max Construction Services successfully
completed this project on time and on budget.
Trizec Properties - has called on MAX Construction
Services for repairs and maintenance projects and project management.
Preliminary Costs Budgets have been prepared
by MAX Construction Services from our cost records. MAX Construction Services is a good partner to bring with you to early
